coolum state high school held the first pop up pop art sculpture walk, exhibiting the work of year 10 students, in october 2013.

the work was completed at school as part of the curriculum and then released for public viewing. the walk started in coolum terrace park with a display of six works, then proceeded to pt. perry and on to coolart cafe via the boardwalk. the route bought attention to existing public art, connecting students and community with both past and present work.
